A Day in the Life of Saanvi

Boy, oh boy, have I been busy friends. So busy that I never had the time to keep you updated on my happenings.

October was a busy month for me. I had some serious adventures and some new experiences, like Tinkergarten. My Mama took me to my first Tinkergarten with Mrs. Kristin. I had so much fun! They gave me a bucket for treasures and I managed to collect lots of things. My Mama called it trash, but I think they were cool tokens. I also learned that I could put lots of grass in the bucket and dump it on us. That was the best ever! We went to a park and did a Wonder Walk. I, of course, did my own walk because rules are overrated.

At this same time, my Mama also built a Pickler Triangle and an Arch for me to climb on. Oh my climbing heart, it is the best thing ever. It even has a ramp that I can climb on. I am using it often to climb to reach things I shouldn’t and I am getting so much better about climbing over it too.

Speaking of climbing – I’m learning to rock climb. My Mama took me to Truckee with some of our friends one day and there were so many rocks! I had to test out my rock climbing skills. I did need some help sometimes and my Mama was there for me every time I needed assistance. Man, that was fun. Although, my moms keeping saying things like “be mindful” or “pay attention to what you’re doing”. Strange. I’m indestructible, you’d think they would know that by now.

Did you know it was my Grammy’s birthday in August too??? I don’t know how old she is, but I figure she has to be at least 35 since she’s older than me. My Mama drove me to go spend the day with her on her birthday out on the ranch. We picked pumpkins, I fed chickens, and I even helped Granny get the wood shed ready for winter! I know they could not have done any of this without my help. The ranch is epic, there is so much room for me to run. And my Granny has some sheepies for me to play with too! I loved spending the day with my Grammy, I have fun with her whenever I get to see her.

What’s next? Oh! I met a new friend. One of moms friends that moved away came to visit and I was able to meet her for the first time. She was cool, but she was fast. Every time I tried to run somewhere, she was right there blocking me. Why do my moms have to have fast friends?? I can’t wait to see Mrs Char again. I also met some other cool people that night too like Mrs Katherine. She was also fast! My moms have some friends that I’m going to have to figure out how to work around…
